Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to add to our client’s growing 1st shift team! 

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and correcting electrical and mechanical machine failures, interior/exterior building maintenance, and maintaining the overall condition of company assets in a converting environment. Our client is looking for a strong mechanical maintenance background and a base understanding of electrical maintenance. Willing to train electrical maintenance skills!

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with the potential for immediate direct hire based on experience level. The standard hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility. The starting hourly wage ranges from $28-32/hr.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferred. New Grads encouraged to apply. 
- PLC troubleshooting and minor editing experience, preferred. 
- Electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC experience preferred
- Good technical, mechanical, communication, and basic math skills are essential.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
